About the Project
Foodie Dash is a fast-paced endless runner created for GameSeed 2025 – Student Category, where you dash through shifting lanes of food-themed obstacles while collecting items along the way. Inspired by classics like Subway Surfers, Foodie Dash expands the formula by introducing multiple branching lanes, creating a more unpredictable, challenging, and dynamic path every run.
Gameplay Overview
You control a character sprinting forward at an increasing speed, navigating between generated lanes that can lead you into safe paths, or straight into failure. Each lane connects differently, meaning every second brings new decisions and pressure. While the goal is simple, survive as long as possible. Foodie dash offers lane complexity, collectible items, and lane transitions make every run unique.

Powerups
Foodie Dash includes three special powerups, each are obtainable during the run:
- Slow-Mo: Temporarily slows down time, giving the player more reaction space.
- Obstacle Destroyer: Eliminates incoming obstacles for a brief duration, clearing the path.
- Double Coins: All coins collected become worth 2× during its effect.
Upgrade System
Coins collected during gameplay can be used for upgrades, allowing players to progress beyond raw skill:
- Speed: Raise your maximum top-speed limit.
- Endurance: After slowing down due to collisions, recover speed much faster.
- Intelligence: Recharges powerups bar faster.
